List only users with more than x points

Question

I have lots of inactive users in the user list. Most likely potential spammers, or possibly people who signed up and then decided to remain passive.

It would, therefore, be great to have an option to hide users from the general user list who have less than, say, 120, points. That way, users would first have to "deserve" being visible, dead sign-ups would not even appear, and who ever is voted down would disappear.

These guys are bad advertising for your site, so it's better not show off with them.
