Create Q2A questions with a web form submit

We have a customer feedback form that posts to a Google Docs spreadsheet for viewing and followup by staff. 

We would like to direct the customer feedback form submits to a Q2A instance , which we could use internally to socialize and solve customer problems. 

Any thoughts on a good approach to this (any web form to Q2A or email to Q2A)  would be much appreciated.
