Problem with "More information for the question" panel (wysiwyg editor disappear)

Hi,
I installed the "question2answer" script on wamp server running in  my computer and its "More information for the question:" field has a tool bar like follows :

Then I have uploaded my site in to a cloud server and after that I can't see a custom tool bar like that. Why is that ? It is like follows: (Default editor setted as wysiwyg editor)

How can I correct this ? Please help ..
