How to set maximum votes and points per day?

I was wondering how can i setup my q2a to maximum votes and points per day.(like stackoverflow site).

Check in Admin > Spam > vote limit may be that is what you are talking about

I saw it, there was not anything useful for me. I want maximum votes per day (there was only config for hours) and maximum points per day (there was nothing for point)
