I am trying to setup the LDAP Plugin/Add On but am running into some problems. Can someone please help?

Error I am seeing:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[' in C:\wamp\www\pst\qa-site_prod\qa-plugin\ldap-login-master\ldap-login.php on line 30
