My questions - Custom page

Question 1

Is it possible to add new page to show questions of logged users. I want to show that page url next to "My Account" link..

Question 2

Well you can add a new page within Q2A which goes on the main navigation. I guess it would be possible to use some CSS to move it around maybe. Would be difficult to get right though,
