Site URL Changed

Strange thing just occured. I was updating my FAQ's page and upon saving, my URL changed from mysite.com/qa/index.php to mysite.com/~adcf5036/qa/index.php please note it's the red part of the URL that  has changed. I haven't changed or otherwise modified the .htaccess file.

Any assistance will be appreciated. Thank you

After an exhausting few hours I simply decided to remove the FAQ page and the URL's have returned to normal. No fix for this issue has been determined at this time.
