How to change the URL structure?

Currently the URLs are as follows:

http://q2a.com/123/question

I want to make them more user friendly, I want to leave them like this:

http://q2a.com/question

How can I do this?

PS: I'm Brazilian, I do not speak English. I am using a translator, I hope you understand me.
