I think you want to implement one-on-one chat assistance in real-time directly from your questions and answers website (http://umnik.co.tv), using Mibew Messenger. Am I right? In English itself you can make it clear.

In the sidebar, you can put the javascript of any chat system or shoutbox. However, issuing of access rights will be a problem, as the shout box will be accessible to anybody. Alternatively, you can use the send feedback option available in this code itself, for better control.
