1. admin/permissions → Asking questions: Anybody

2. tell your users to logout

3. tell your users to post their question anonymously

Thank you q2apro for quick reply. i think this is default q2a feature. users need to logout anytime they want to post anonymously witch makes it someway complicated. the question is about websites that have Asking question option set to --> registred users with confirmed emails. is it possible by choosing "make it anonymously" before posting answer ( using a checkbox) to have the same result ?

"logout anytime they want to post"
Firefox: Shift+Ctrl+P
Chrome: Shift+Ctrl+N

Asking anonymous question by registered user is a nice idea. This is good option to add version 1.7. Loging out and asking question is not the answer for this question. There should be a seperate option like check box which is mentioned in this answer. And Admin should be able to disable this privilage.
