How to logout of q2a using custom menu?

I've created a custom menu and I want a logout button to logout immediately and redirect to home page. How do I do this? What is the href needed?
 

Currently I'm using <a href='http://picturecrew.com/pictdwalsh/wp-login.php?action=logout'> but this asks for confirmation and will not load in an iframe which I need

for WP integrations use "theme my login" plugin for WP. it allows custom redirects.
