how to solve : Too many registrations - please try again in an hour

Question

The q2a is not allowed to create more than 5 users in an hour, Now I tried to create some dummy users to my site but no luck only 5 person permitted to register in an hour. How to disable the feature or extent the number of persons. Is there any option in admin panel. Please help

Set a higher value here :

Admin ---> Spam ---> Rate limit for users registrations (per IP/hour)

and save options.
