How do I enable google transliterate api in ckeditor or how do I disable it (if I have to) to enable transliterate?

I was able to enable it for title bar. How do I enable it for ckeditor or disable ckediter and keep simple textarea?

I tried to add id of the hidden textarea field 'content_ckeditor_ok'. it doesnt work
