Is it possible to upload images to blogger from default q2a editor?

I have only 1 GB of memory so is it possible to upload the images to blogger and to show it on q2a website?

Everything is possible. However, most likely it will be cheaper for you to pay for more storage memory rather than pay someone to develop that for you.
