Error with q2apro-on-site-notifications

I have already find problem 

A Question2Answer database query failed when generating this page. 
A full description of the failure is available in the web server's error log file.

This problem show cause for q2apro-on-site-notifications . When i remove this plugin, then this problem solve. 

I want to keep notification on my site. But, how to fix it ?
