How can the super admin delete a user?

Reason: When people register with one email-account and later login via their facebook account, they might have two accounts, so id like to erase one of them. only happens with different email adresses. thank you. and i mean erase - not block . so maybe one can tell me where i can find the data and erase it manually.

currently this feature is not available in Q2A and not it is planned for 1.4 version but you can write plugin to delete user in 1.4.
