How can I create an comment box under question or answer like facebook comment box?

I want to create new style comment box using jquery replacing current style. The new style I think about is facebook style like this one http://demos.99points.info/facebook_wallpost_system/

How can I modify code or create plugin to do that?

By the way, can I create a wall for each user like facebook?
