Is there a wo show all questions without a selected best answer, like the Unanswered page.I need to find out those questions without a selected best answer,and then select one for it.

Not by default, no. It may be possible with a page plugin but it would probably be better integrated into the Q2A core. Be sure to ask for it when the "What do you want in 1.5" thread is posted soon.
