What I mean is...Utilize the Q2A system to help create a totally new Q&A site. I don't mean simply applying a custom skin to Q2A. Has anyone used Q2A to build a DEMO for a new Q&A site / startup? <- New Question?

Hmm, still not sure I understand the difference between what you call a "prototype" and any site that uses Q2A.
