I have set up a new domain with wordpress + q2a. q2a is more active with some questions while wp is just getting build. However google is altready sending traffic to wp part while it is not able to index half of q2a part. I dont know the reason but thought of sahring with community?

I checked your site and the Q2A section is indexed just fine (try searching site:yoursite.com/qa/ in Google). It's probably just that it's fairly new and doesn't have many links to it, so it's not coming up on Google searches. You just have to be patient.
