After installing and using plugin https://github.com/NoahY/q2a-expert-questions , when I tried to ask a private question I met the Notice:

What is your language ? Dida you modify qa-expert-lang-default.php file ?
Maybe you should change its encoding into UTF-8 without BOM .

I've used my Q2A code for a long time (about 1 month) and it's the first time I've met this bug (after installing the plugin)

Thanks, I understood your answer. I've never changed the file qa-expert-lang-default.php and it's in "UTF-8 without BOM" encoding already.
