What are the css lines that command the format of the markdown editor in the ask-page?

I made a plugin that produces a different page that is a copy of the include/page/ask.php. Everything seems to be working fine, BUT the format of the markdown editor. The widgets of the markdown editor are not in a row (as in the case of the ask page) and the buttons were transformed into dots. Furthermore, the text box where additional information about the question is written is very small. What css format should I add to this page in order to make it work well? Do I need something else?

I think this is a plugin compatability issue? I used markdown editor and or wysiwyg with no problems in v 1.6.3 However, the problems you have present themselves when I updated to first 1.7.0 then 1.7.1 and I hadn't made any changes. I think it's something for Scott to look at and maybe fix?
