I checked a few already asked questions but they somehow seem to apply for non responsive themes. Thanks

qa-style.css do not seem to have it as suggested - neither the qa-style.rtl.css
Q2A version: 1.7

Anyway, even if they are not present you can just add them. I'd advise you to read a CSS tutorial and, in case you want to add some extra responsiveness, you should focus on media queries.
