How to create seperate color for each tag?

I came across this site the tag colors are separate.

but my theme "class="qa-tag-link" " contains all tags, is there any way to separate them.

That looks like a modification of Q2A tag description plugin. Instead of using a tag icon, the modder may use it as or create a new variable for a signal for color/ border color. I once also modify it, but I use it as a signal to display a Category description that is connected with that tag.
