"But some people downvote without any reason." So? Who said you need to provide a reason for a downvote?

Reason may not be given but at least there should be a reason. Many people intentionally do downvote just to irritate others and this is a serious issue for any community with active users.

There should be..But there's not..Everything is dependent on their education..(as pupi said)...So only for this reason, disabling downvotes is not exceptional..Because I use it sometimes to express my mind towards some foolish answers, comments..At last, I wanna say that admins should separate the count of down and upvotes..It will be better I think..

"Many people intentionally do downvote just to irritate others and this is a serious issue for any community with active users."

I agree with that, which is why I like the SO model where a) users need to gain a minimum level of rep to earn the downvote privilege, and b) downvoting (on answers) also costs the downvoter some reputation. Downvotes on questions are still free, though. But serial voting is quickly detected and rolled back. @GATEOverflow

Personally, voting should be a right of users who exceed a certain score and not trolls who come to scrub just because without having any participation or criteria that are made to me: objective.

they can see who is voting and see this as repetitive behavior. but here the administration is completely forgotten.
