How to connect the plugin to the site?

I liked your service of answers and questions and I would like to insert such plugs of questions and answers on this site edubirdie. I've been working on this site for quite some time, but unfortunately I don't know how to connect the plugin to the site.
Tell me how to do this, or maybe share a guide in which everything is scheduled.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "connect the plugin to the site." If you're talking about Q2A: that's a web application, not a plugin. You most likely can use it alongside another web application, but the details of setting that up would depend on your existing setup.
