Integration with wordpress 3.4

Since wordpress recently has just been updated to 3.4, is there any additional steps I need to do with Q2A after upgrading the wordpress? Would this be okay or should I wait for future Q2A updates?

Currently i'm still on my WP 3.3.2 with Q2A integrated. I just want to make sure before proceeding with the WP upgrade.

I used this code in version 1.2 but it not work in version 1.3 (I find not "case 'question':" line).

Is possible add Twitter icon on questions?
