How to solve htaccess redirect issue?

I have this in .htaccess file:

Redirect 301 /one /two

I'm getting this result in the URL: /?qa-rewrite=one

When i create dummy php files in the root: test.php and test2.php, redirection works from one file to the other one without problem.

How can I solve this issue?

This partial url:

learn-greek-online.com/ask-greek/442/

gives a 302 redirect to this full url:

learn-greek-online.com/ask-greek/442/lexicon-can-you-tell-what-the-abbreviation-apollod-stands-for

This is done from core Q2A.

I would like to make those redirects to be 301, instead of 302.

What file/code should I change please?
