We are trying to use Q2A for discussing documents which do not fit in the currently hard-coded limit of 8000 characters. I propose the following:

Change the type of the content field in the qa_posts table to text
Make the upper limit configurable in the administration interface the same as the lower (minimum) limit for questions.

I didn't find a bug tracker or a technical forum so I'm posting my proposal here :)

But I don't know how to change the definition of the content column of qa_posts in the database to match. Could you please explain in details for me? I'm only an amateur coder :">.
