As in topic - is there any plugin which I can use to put content (like advert) between 2nd and 3rd question on the list? I know about "Simple adverts master" plugin, but it puts content after EVERY x number of questions whereas I need only ONE extra content area on the questions list.

Hello!

Have a problem. Im from Russia and my site is cyrillic. When i write some questin on my native langue (rus) all symvols encode to html codes.

Example:

write Являюсь

CMS encode to Являюсь

By my pure knowledge, google dont like text this type and dont want to index some questions.

Can somebody help me?

I figured out how to use the integration with q2a, but can `t figure out how do I make a page for q2a that it could use the functions qa_. And to be able to add to its list of pages displayed on the top of the list of issues. Tell me where to read about it. I want to tie a nice Ajax-chat for q2a.

Custom html in top, side, footer only on some pages

When adding HTML to Custom HTML in side panel on every page:

when i press the save button i get a 404 error Forbidden.

Any thoughts on why and how to fix this.

same thing also happened when i pasted in js snippet in the header box.

However, inputing plain text works fine.

I have created a simple layer plugin that demonstrates how to add custom html above the page title. The plugin also optionally injects javascript and css that might be required.

I realize this is a very basic example, but it might be helpful for new implementers looking for a basic page layer example, or for anybody that just wants to add some basic html to Q2A pages.

The html, javascript, and css are options under Admin > Plugins.

You can edit the -layer.php file to alter where the custom html appears and on which page types.

The package is hosted on Google Code which I have just used for the first time, so hopefully I got it right.

Comments are welcome.

1. when you click on reply or comment automatically inserted into the text box the user name of the person who posted the question, something like: "@username"

combined this with the mention-notifier, would create an internal notification system!

Within my admin panel I have created two new pages (terms of use and privacy policy) which display in the footer

When i browse to them it says "page not found"

If I wanted to add additional pages, such as a terms of use or privacy policy and I want to have it integrated, so it looked as if that is how it originally was, what is the best approach? I would probably want to have the links to these pages at the bottom beside the send feedback link. Thank you.
