How to change the WYSIWYG editor's default language?

Does anyone know how can I change the WYSIWYG editor to initialize by default to writing text from right to left and not left to write?

WYSIWUG Editor doesn't work well on Chrome:

If you change the allign, the text doesnt align inside the editor (works on Firefox), and i bet other things too.

Is there a planned fix to fix this problem?
