Once during a site crash I had to restore my site content from google cache and I found it to be too simple. The downside is that many good for nothing people can also do this to copy Q2A sites. The below one is an example.

Actually they have copied many such posts (like >500 in couple of days). I have contacted them via mail and plan to pursue copyright infringement. But I would like to prevent such things from happening in future- at least not so easily, as this is the second such incident for me. Is there anything I can do?

can we removre "Theme Designed By" from the themes?

Are we allowed to remove "Theme Designed By" from the themes contributors made available on http://www.question2answer.org/addons.php, or is it violation of copyright or something? or since it is GPL licenced it is ok to remove?

Am I able to remove the link for Powered by Question2Answer or make it have no link but still say powered by question2answer. I want to put Copyright © 2010 my name at the bottom.

oh and how do i know the person responding to my question actually created the question2answer or knows for sure the right answer cause I don't want to get sued or something for changing the platform and removing the link.
