mysqli error, qa-db.php:84, version 1.6.3 -- without losing any q&a

Here is my error:

I am using the version 1.6.3.

There was an issue yesterday and I backed up the files. But then I got this error.
Now I cannot use my website. (HTTP ERROR 500)

I am a user just downloading, and then writing questions and answers. That's all. I don't know the details too much.

Can you give me a way to solve this problem without losing any of my questions and answers?

When user try to verify email, after tapping confirm button in mysite.com/confirm, it says-

Fatal Error Problem With PHP (qa-base.php(720))

Hi, i'm using latest 1.8.3 bugfix version. I can access homepage. If i login, it shows lots of fatal error I didnt do any changes for months. If i change name of qa-plugin, i can access admin interface with errors. How can i fix this? Please help me.
