Email verification link dose not work

When a new user click send me email verification link or password reset link , a message show

"question2answer fatal error" and some codes require.

How can I fix this ? Please somebody help.

Hello, there is in my QA option restore forgetten password after press "Send reset password email".

After press button QA show me next error:

Hello Friends

When i use forgot password method I found a fatal error message. And also when anyone can register in my site then the verification mail are not sent to the email address given by user.

I check my MAIL tab in the admin panel it was ok.

I've noticed that the qa_fatal_error prints the error on the browser.

Eg :

This page could be displayed to a final user.

I would prefer to display an error page with the layout of the website, with a general message, and not a "technical" message to the user.

The details of the errors are already displayed server-side on the apache log.

This function furthermore "overrides" my php.ini settings where I've set display_errors = Off and log_errors = On, since I do not want that the php errors arrive to the final user.... I would like that he can have a uniform layout on every page.

Do you think it's a bad idea to have a parameter exposed or something else that enable/disable this behaviour ?

So that you can have it enabled on development, but disabled in production.

after that reply (It seems like this is a bug in one of your plugins. You should try eliminating them one-by-one.) i disabled all pluigins but problem is still countinue..

İf it is necessery to remove all plugins, how can i do it. Because I just can disable them and i don't know that how can i remove them exactly..

How can i fix it.. please help me.. İ have no enough experience..
