minifyHtml option in core misleading

In qa-theme-base.php you find:

protected $minifyHtml; // (boolean) whether to indent the HTML

"minify" is for me all code compressed. No indents is "no indents".

I would rather expect a compression when I see the word "minify".

Suggestion: Rename $minifyHtml to $noIndentHtml

Can indents be added using the WSIWYG Editor without having to use bulleted or numbered lists?

One of my moderators is asking:

Indents are disabled unless a numbered or bulleted list is being used.

How can the line indent functions be enabled to work as they would in say "Redmine" for example can do this.

It's probably beneficial with some posts to go into more detail and without the ability to indent some lines or paragraphs it kinda makes it harder to read when there is a lot of text
