Which Database Entry do I alter for Default Theme?

The script version is 1.8.8 when I changed my them from Default to Candy? It won't let me login or change back. What database entry do I need to alter or where is a configuration file in the script to return the theme within the database to get the original database running so I don't have to start fresh?

How can I delete all of my users' cookies for my website?

I don't know how to delete all of my users' cookies for my website, because whenever I do changes in qa-style.css the changes can't be seen on the normal browser but can be seen in incognito mode or after clearing cookies.
So clearly it's a cookie thing, but i can't tell my users individually to clear cookies for my website anytime I do changes.
I really need a way to do something about it.

Any idea what specific file can i edit to change the answer and comment word on the button after every question as seen on the imagelink. I just want to add the word Add answer and Add comment since its more engaging and dumbproof than the default one. Thank you

Issues with login functionality

We have linked the community instance which is linked to a different domain to a new domain ( website) and after linkage we see if we go community url it shows some random user as logged in even though no username and password entered. We tried this in incognito mode as well and the same issues persists.

Anyone faced such issues in the past. 1 strange this that we found if I access the community directly with the IP , it works fine but when accessing with linkedin url its shows issues.

Current Private Message System is complicated. It is hard to understand which message was reply especially if user does messaging with many other users. I think it should be designed more user-friendly.

I strongly recommend to address this issue in the next Q2A release.

I would really like to have one more:

- Closed

That would help a lot to find duplicates separated and any other closed question.

Hi. I am trying to display 2-3 last questions of each category at the categories list.

eg:

Computers - (52 Questions) - 1st question title, 2nd Question title

Tablets - (10 Questions) - 1st question title, 2nd Question title

ETC

Any idea from @Scott @sama55 ???

The ideal would be to add a function inside my advanced theme file but it also ok for me if i can add that function inside the categories List core file as well

I'm trying to add 2 classes to ul.qa-nav-sub-list. This is the menu that displays for the admin under the main nav. It's created dynamically using $navtype, but i can't figure out where to add my classes so they aren't added to the rest of every $navType. Thank you!

I tried to download latest from 1.8 branch on GitHub (https://github.com/q2a/question2answer/tree/1.8) But it always shows as 1.7.

Am i missing something here?

I'm working on integrating Q2A with our own custom designed bridge in our registration system. I scoured the site looking for this info and could not find it, perhaps someone here can point me to the documentation or answer my question.

We want our community moderators to be able to edit posts, but not have the same access as our internal tech support. So we have some confusion about the differences between Editor, Admin and Super Admin.

I think I would be the Super, while my support staff would be Admin level, Moderators would be Editor and our customers would be Basic. We just need to know the distinct differences between abilities between Editor and Admin and Super.

Of the four levels of users, what is difference in permissions for level of user:

QA_USER_LEVEL_BASIC - We understand this is the typical basic user with posting privileges

QA_USER_LEVEL_EDITOR - What is main difference between this and admin?

QA_USER_LEVEL_ADMIN - What is the main difference between this and editor?

QA_USER_LEVEL_SUPER - What is the main difference between this and Admin?

I tested the updated (jan 6th) qa dev on my tablet (full HD 1920 x 1080, HP Slate 21) and noticed still a minor issue. The side bar is closed by default! Eventhoug the screen size is 1920 x 1080
