Installation Bug in qa_start_session() Function

Hi Q2A Team.

I'm going to use your Q2A script and for this i downloaded the lastest persian version from http://question2answer-farsi.com (because my language is persian) and then upload it in my host, set the database information in config.php then I typed my web adress to setup it.

Normaly and according to the installation help I created a Super Administrator with a correct email adress.

web i clicked in Create Super Administrator button i see this errors.I tested the English version that I downloaded in this site and I see this errors,too.:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/[user]/public_html/support/qa-include/qa-install.php:50) in /home/[user]/public_html/support/qa-include/qa-app-users.php on line 187

Apparently the Installation runed successfully, But when i going to admin panel and I want to change the site title or language or etc. this actions isn't runed and the browser shows an error like "This webpage is not available".

And important of all is: My web hosting server for this actions BLOCKED my IP adress and i can't access my web site untill turnoff/on my ADSL modem for some time to change my IP adress.

I Please from you to solve this problem because this is a big bug in your script.
