Answer boxes on the list pages be hyperlinked to the Question Page

Hi There,

Some of our users click on the "answer" box of the question section, however, this box is not hyperlined to the question page. The "answer" box is shown in the below picture.

How this answer box can be hyperlinked to the question page?

Can you help me with "define('QA_ALLOW_UNINDEXED_QUERIES', false);"?

I have realized that if I let this be true, then page/questions.php allows sorting the questions per category as hot, more votes... As I understand, this happens here:

1) What does exactly this line mean?

2) Why is this set (by default) to false? Is there any impact in terms of performance?

3) Does the impact in performance only happen in the specific category pages or somewhere else?

I use a version 1.6.3.

I would like to add a tweet button below the question, than the question will be send on twitter. I try different answer here, but they not work with 1.6.3

I think the icons edit, close, hide, answer and comment are very important objects on the answer page.

How may we get them to be bigger in order to be easly seen by the user?

How do I do this?

I assume the latter but do not know how...
