Reject with a Reason - Plugin Request

I'm looking for a plugin which will store say 15 (or even higher) "Question Reject Reasons" which can be used by Admins to send as a reason while rejecting any question (in case moderated) or while deleting a post. If anyone is interested in making this, please do comment below. This feature is now there in Facebook groups.
