Established user moderated - is this a bug

My Q2A has a requirement of 120 points to ask a question. That forces new members to be moderated. Occasionally, an established member's answer is moderated, and I cannot understand why. This morning, a member who has provided many excellent answers and has 5.6K points had an answer referred to me for moderation, having previously had answers accepted automatically. How can this happen?

My site has more than 2000 posts but none of theme appears on Google search.

Under the GDPR i should be able to delete my account but i cant find any place where i can delete my own account
