Fatal error: for right top user page.. still i can not fix it..please help...

Question

When i click my username that shown right top of the page, i see this error ;

Fatal error: Call to undefined method qa_html_theme_layer_6::_user_handle() in /home/ask/public_html/qa-include/qa-app-format.php(1265) : eval()'d code on line 8

after that reply (It seems like this is a bug in one of your plugins. You should try eliminating them one-by-one.) i disabled all pluigins but problem is still countinue..

İf it is necessery to remove all plugins, how can i do it. Because I just can disable them and i don't know that how can i remove them exactly..

How can i fix it.. please help me.. İ have no enough experience..

If I am correct, deleting the privleges plugin directory should fix the problem; updating the privileges plugin should also fix it.

try removing the share widget from the sidebar if you have it active. it caused me a similar error and I just use it below questions now
