I want to add a separate file upload field to question creation/editing forms.
After searching existing questions I see two possible approaches:

My questions:
1. Which option do you prefer and why?
2. Does anybody have the plugin mentioned above available?
3. Do you know any other addons or pointers for achieving this goal?
