[Solved] Help getting to set up page after Q2A install on home server

I have completed the installation process to use Q2A on my personal server but when i go the subdirectory Q2A has been installed the page is blank, meaning it is connecting to the the subdirectoly, but not navigating me to the start up page. What should i do?
