how to stop q2a form stoping some users adding to many qestions

how do i stop q2a form stoping some  form posting more qestiosn when they hit the limte ? as they keep getting "Too many questions" and they have to wait an set time before they can post more qestions

You will find those options at Admin > Spam. Where it says "Rate limit for asking questions" change the two boxes to something high like 100 per user per hour.

Note that means they can ask a new question every 30 seconds or so...
