How do I import questions and answers into q2a?

Question

My website has a custom (mysql) database of questions and answers. Can somebody pls give some advice as to how I can import these into Q2A.

I can code the mysql myself once I know how to import in such a way that the db retains integrity.

Thanks for the rapid response. I searched the questions for "import" but nothing came up. Guess I should've searched for "upload" too.
