Yes, go to the 'Questions' page, then use the RSS feed there. There are also RSS feeds for tags, searches, and all activity (see: http://www.question2answer.org/qa/activity )

is it possible to set number of questions in RSS feed or default is set to 20? (as seen in question feed)

It will be possible to set it anywhere between 0 and 50.
