How to display newest answers at top of answer list?

Q2A v 1.5 > admin > viewing > sort answers by > time or votes. By default, oldest answers are displayed at the top. How do you change to make the newest answers appear at the top of the answer list? Thank Ye Kindly! :)

Probably by changing desc vs. asc, but not sure in which file.
