how can I make new quesitons admin approval?

in Q2A Core by
on my website   non-users can post quesitons. Quesitons are published as soon as  created.    I'd like to set it   admin approval  then publish   just like  the website does.  I'm newbie  and  I could not figure aout how to do that

goto /admin/spam and then check "Use moderation for anonymous posts:"
