Is it possible for an user to edit own comment / answer / question. An user can not edit other users comments / answers / questions.

All normal users can edit their own posts as much as they like. They can hide them as well.

Admins and Editors can also edit (and hide) other users' posts. I think Moderators may be able to as well, it tells you in your admin area what types of users can do which things.
