Page not found On External PHP page

Hi there i have installed Q/A script on the Main directory and i have other page in the sub folder but when i am opening that page getting error Page not found

eg

http://mywebsite.com     \\ This is the Q/A directory

http://mywebsite.com/website/mypage.php?id=3   // There is Other page also but i am Getting Page not found
